Mahesh has over twenty years of real estate investment experience ranging from the acquisition and management of 50-300+ unit multi-family properties to single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and hotels.
At Capital Vision, Mahesh is focused on all aspects of the business including deal sourcing and due diligence, deal negotiation and structuring, and ongoing property management.
Mahesh has provided leadership on the acquisition and ongoing management of all of the previous Capital Vision/Atlantic Multifamily properties in Virginia, Texas and Florida.
Mahesh’s prior professional experience includes long tenured roles at General Electric (technical sales and sales management), GXS/Open Text (technical sales and sales management), and Verizon (technical sales). From these roles, he brings a wealth of experience in negotiating and structuring deals, management and motivation of employees and a results-oriented focus that offers tremendous value to the Capital Vision team.
Mahesh holds an MBA from the University of Maryland in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Brad has over twenty years of real estate investment experience ranging from the acquisition and management of 50-300+ unit multi-family properties to single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and hotels.
At Capital Vision, Brad is focused on a broad range of activities including due diligence on potential acquisitions, ongoing property management and oversight of all construction/compliance activities in which he can bring to bear his extensive hands-on maintenance, repair, and day-to-day operational expertise.
Prior to entering the financial and investment profession, he served as Director of Strategic Planning for a Virginia-based technology firm. Brad also spent several years in project management at Freddie Mac and eight years at Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management consulting firm.
Brad holds an MBA from the University of Maryland at College Park, an MS in Financial Planning, and a BS in Finance and BS in Management from Lehigh University.

Nyota’s previous experience includes an eleven-year career at the management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. As an executive supporting the Office of the Chairman and CEO, Nyota researched, compiled and analyzed data for proposals, created financial reports and developed corporate policies and procedures. As a member of the Corporate Systems & Technology department, she managed, technically supported, trained, and communicated with staff, users and vendors.
As an entrepreneur, Nyota established and actively contributed to a variety of different business endeavors. Her experience ranges from owning and selling real estate to founding and operating a successful niche collectibles company, M&N Collectibles. Nyota will leverage her expertise as the principal administrator of Capital Vision.
Nyota holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti.
After joining Capital Vision in May 2015, Hiren has been focused on the underwriting and due diligence effort on new acquisitions, financial analysis on the entire Capital Vision portfolio, and leading a number of the New York, Florida and Virginia properties in the initial post-acquisition management.

Hiren’s professional work experience includes seventeen years at Ramius LLC (a $12 billion alternative asset management firm offering innovative products and solutions to institutional and private clients within hedge funds, real estate, private equity, and liquid strategies) and five years at PriceWaterhouse’s Management Consulting Services group.
Previously, as a Managing Director at Ramius, Hiren worked in a diverse range of roles throughout his tenure, including Co-Portfolio Manager & Senior Analyst, Head of the Product Specialist Group, and Global Head of Client Services. Most recently, Hiren worked in an executive capacity helping to manage the Ramius business including strategic planning & development, deal negotiation & analysis, project management, and product/fund structuring. He was also a member of the Ramius Management Committee which helped to oversee all of the strategic, operational and financial aspects of the Ramius business. Hiren’s work as a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse focused on providing strategic, operational, and technology consulting services to domestic and foreign commercial banks, the transaction processing/payment card industry, and oil & gas producers.
Hiren holds an MBA and BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.

At Capital Vision, Nikhil focuses on underwriting and due diligence on new acquisitions as well as sourcing debt and equity capital for existing and newly acquired properties.
Prior to joining Capital Vision, Nikhil led Greystone’s FHA lending platform—consistently ranked the largest in the nation by volume of loans—where he was responsible for managing their loan origination and credit team, developing relationships with real estate owners and identifying innovative lending opportunities across the multifamily and healthcare sectors.
Before Greystone, Nikhil spent a decade at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Investment Banking Group. There, he advised public and private clients on M&A and capital markets transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $40 billion.
Nikhil holds an MBA degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai.
